Helloooo California!!!
Blogging from my wonderful SIL's notebook here in California. Photo below was taken this afternoon.
Evan enjoyed the 4 1/2 hour plane ride to LA so much that he clicked the seatbelt back on after we have landed and said he wanted to ride it again. I got a great compliment from the man seated beside Evan. He told me that he has rode the plane a hundred times and Evan was one of the best behaved children he has sat with. He said that if only all kids were like Evan, his life would be so much easier.
My LA visit is not done yet but these mental images will never be erased: the palm trees (pom pom trees as my 5 year old nephew calls them) that greeted me as soon as we stepped out of the LAX airport, the bountiful orange fruits hanging (and lemon fruits) from the trees of my brother's backyard, the sight of Red Ribbon and Chow King in america, Lara, Evan and Rohan playing on the floor together in the baggage claims area while waiting for my brother, Rohan and Evan running around the living room, scaling the coach hyper playing, Evan's face when he saw we were about to board the Disneyland tram, Evan's face in the Jungle Boat ride, carousel, Pirates of the Carribean, Buzz Lightyear...
If I am enjoying my stay with my brother's family, Evan is absolutely in heaven!

MC, I love my brother's new hometown! It was great to see the sun shine so bright after 3 months of winter in Chicago.
Ana, I know!
